This weeks picture comes from the Spy's Spice blog. It's a photograph taken by blind Slovenian photographer Evgene Bavcar. Yeah, he's blind! It was hard to choose one because they all have such a beautiful dream like quality to them. I choose this one because its the one that instantly caught my eye.
