This weeks picture comes from the bold Donal and its a picture he took last year of the band The Chalets, yeah I never heard of them either but don't let that put you off! Donal's blog is fairly famous at this stage, going by the hit counter anyway, but you can never plug a site too much! He's got a great selection of photography covering live music on his flickr account. Not enough keyboards though; more keyboard action Donal!
I certainly wouldnt say the above picture is the pinnacle of his photographic prowess but it has stuck with me since I came across it in a post of his, back in August last year. Like I said, I'm not upto speed on The Chalets but I did check out their site when I first read the post. If nothing else, the keyboard players are very cute! Failed Muso take note! :)

Thanks for using my pic as picture of the week! To be honest, that gig was difficult enough to photograph, lighting wasn't great and I only got a few half-decent shots. Keyboardists are actually quite difficult to get well I find. Check out this pic or this, or this, or this. I think I need to tag my photos a little more appropriately!
The Chalets are a decent band though. Good sound, and lots of attitude.

It's actually a glockenspiel sitting on top of a MicroKORG :) You have some nice stuff uploaded Donal, keep up the good work!
