Thanks to the Irish Lottery website you can find out! It turns out there were no draws on December 17 1770. Thats the day Beethoven was born, in case you care. You can search for results of any date by simply changing the date suffix at the end of this address:

You can go back as far as 100AD but anything with less than three digits defaults to the 1900 and 2000's. Interestingly, they have gone as far as registering up to 29 with dates in the 21st Century (although they always default to the current date). And yes, I have tried future dates and no, there were no numbers given :(
