This is something I've been thinking about for the last few years. You know the way they say you shouldn't repeatedly reheat and refreeze food because it increases the amount of nasty germs and bacteria contained within the food? Well doesn't the same thing happen in Ireland regularly on a national scale? Last week we had to put up with temperatures in minus figures and this weekend we're experiencing temperatures in excess of 12 degrees. Knowing Irish weather, it will probably be snowing tomorrow. So is this the reason that "the snots" always seem to be worse in Ireland, or is it just a internal perception? Who cares anyway, when you're trying to cough up porridge from your lungs, it doesn't matter how you got it.
