Brian Cowen: Budget Preamble Remix

[UPDATE] Some are confused, so here's what I originally wrote. And yes, I did make the video :)
Don't ask me, cos I really don't know myself. Started off as an animated lip-smacking gif, then turned into this video. I finished it before it could get good though. Not sure how others make videos like this, but I mashed it up manually.

Doing a banana? What the hell is that! I'm scared of Cowen doing any fruit to be honest. Strangely though, I could imagine it fascinating to watch him eating a burger.
