Why Sweden Is Awesome... #54

There are many, many, many, many, many, many... reasons (<--- Reason heehee, that's another one :D) why the Swedes and Swedenland are awesome, but here's one more: Joakim Widell.



Joakim is part time Opera singer, voice coach, "good looking Mexican" and student person, or something. He's one badass funny mother-fucker too! He's got the funniest shit up on youtube, and the videos arent bad either! He also has a weekly show on blogtv.com where he sings songs about penises, vagina's, and whatever the viewers want him to. Last week, it was about Harry Potter: The Paedophile.


Here he is teaching us some Swedish :) Oh, and it's just before he shaved his head one night live on blogtv. That was the night of the first vid actually, which is why he's referring to his head being like a penis :)

He is currently working on a new rpg game called "Labia Girl". Labia Girl's mission is to find a cure for AIDS, which is what she has... or herpes, it's not for certain yet. Thats the sprite he made for labiagirl, to the left.

I don't want to say anymore cos that might be a bit weird, well, a bit too weird, so I'll let it rest here, but Joakim Widell is like "magic in a box!"

PS One of those "manys" at the start was a link to a post last year that I never published. It's a video of Swedish Nyckelharpa player, Emilia Amper, who was performing alongside Jon Lord on his piece "The Telemann Experiment". It's a wonderful piece of music and is worthy of making it known here.
