In fairness, what a silly thing to say. I mean, the Madeleine McCann topic is such a rich source of comic material, to limit oneself from it is silly. Seriously though, I've only ever heard one Madeleine McCann joke and it was probably enough: "What's the difference between Madeleine McCann and Pope John Paul II?" I'm not even gonna finish that one...
