That ain't a book, it's a pamphlet! Suppose you can't squeeze much content out of highlighting the quiet spots in Dubiln to receive brown-padded envelopes.
Sully, Anon: Well spotted! I was going to put a spine into the book but keeping it flat not only suited the original booklet in the image but added to the humor of the setup also.
Hey there, great photo! I would really like to chat to you about usage of the photo. If you could send me an email that would be great! emmaline@blinderfilms.com
Short of watermarking the whole image there's little one can do about it. It's one of the curses of being a genius. What keeps me smiling through it all though is the fact that while some people copy my work, some will copy the work of Jackass and Dirty Sanchez and end up dying in the process. Every cloud...
Ah, he's just too easy to make fun at! Oh, and that's shit about your photo being nicked. Some people eh? I hope you don't mind but I shared your recent St Patrick's Day post on Facebook - with links and credit and all of course! It was too funny not to share.
I encourage people to take my stuff! I don't even expect a backlink. People just need to leave the images intact and it's all good. If they alter the image it would be nice to get a mention but even that's not necessary. It's when they they deliberately try to obfuscate the origin of an image, that's what really annoys me.
I sometimes wonder if I should at least give the new Taoiseach a chance to mess up before making fun of him. Then again: the early bird gets the funnies.

ReplyDeleteGreat, keep 'em coming.
ReplyDeleteLook at how thin the book is. It can't be that difficult of a job so.
