Scary, yet fascinating footage [via] of the recent Japanese tsunami hitting traffic, via car dash-cam . While watching, I noticed a car floating by with what looks like a wheel clamp attached. That's one way to beat the clampers I guess. Or it could be just something caught up in the wheel perhaps.
