A man who had emence influence over me, Jon Lord [wiki], passed away earlier today, after a short battle with cancer. There are numerous posts about him here already, published over the years.
A proper reflection may take some time to form, but I just wanted to make reference to his passing on the day it happened. Included below is a piece of his music which always manages to make me well-up:
